A hint of fall is in the air. Leaves are changing colors. Pumpkin spice everything can be found everywhere, but in this calming time, there is still one question left to ask. Is there a fifth member of the Micromaster Rescue Patrol, or isn’t there? Clearly, folks are missing, but how can there be an Autobot no one knows about? Make me understand!

Unfortunately, as all of you will know by now – There is sadness in the air with the release of this latest issue. We lost Peter Cullen last month. The voice acting legend who brought life to not only Optimus Prime, Ironhide and others Transformers, but also a slew of other iconic cartoon characters that helped shape our childhoods. As part of the generation that was raised by television in the early 1980s, his loss hits us exceptionally hard.
Mr. Cullen’s contributions to the Transformers mythos cannot be exaggerated, and it is our privilege to honor him with a memorial corner box on this month’s issue.
Both Greig and I were lucky enough to meet the great man (on two different continents, no less) and he was a class act through and through.
Written by Youseph “Yoshi” Tanha from the YoshiCast and Greig Tansley from the Unfunny Nerd Tangent podcast, this G1-style adventure continues the REANIMATED mission: Bridging the gap between Season Two of the cartoon and the 1986 Transformers Movie that defined the childhood of millions.
